Either use the same power supply for the PLC and your laptop, and if that is not possible try to run the laptop on batteries only.

I see looking at the program offline that both the PLC 5 and the pc setup use Node 0. I am not sure how I did it except when I edited my first post the orginal was already posted. To see if the PCMK card is working.
